Refund policy

Within 30 days of delivery, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Fayre™ Products please let us know, as we will coordinate the process to refund of your item.

If you would like to initiate a refund, contact us at support@fayre.store

We will notify you once  if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@fayre.store

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item/quantity, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@fayre.store and provide a photo/video of the damage. We will address the issue promptly by sending a refund of your order.

 

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Once it's shipped, please follow the refund procedures to begin the process of a refund.
